DropWatch is a restock-alert service for UNIQLO products. This page explains, in plain language, what data we hold and the terms of using the service. Questions? Email support@dropwatch.me.

What we collect

• Your email address. To identify your account and send login links.
• Your Discord webhook URL. The channel where we deliver your alerts.
• Your trackers. The products, colours and sizes you choose to watch.
• Billing status. Your plan. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To run the service: to check stock for the products you track, deliver alerts to your Discord, and manage your account and subscription.

If you tick the opt-in box when you sign up, we may also email you occasionally with product updates, short surveys and offers. You can opt out at any time. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Discord. Alerts are delivered to the webhook you provide.
• Stripe. Processes payments securely on our behalf.

That's it. No other third parties.

Cookies

One essential cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can access, export, or permanently delete your data at any time. Just email support@dropwatch.me and we'll action it. Deleting your account removes your email, webhook and trackers.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, it's removed. Unused products stop being monitored automatically.

Terms of use

• DropWatch is provided on a best-effort basis. Alerts can be delayed or missed, and stock can sell out instantly. Always confirm on the product page before buying.
• You're responsible for the Discord webhook you connect and for your own purchases.
• Don't abuse the service (e.g. automated resale/scraping through us). We may suspend accounts that do.
• Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from your account; you keep access until the period ends.
• We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date.

DropWatch is an independent tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by UNIQLO. All product names and images belong to their respective owners.
